Insurance Information
At Tennessee Sports Medicine Group, there are a wide variety of different health plans that we accept.
We know that insurance can be confusing. As a courtesy to our patients, we will check your health benefits before you arrive to determine whether there will be a copay, deductible, or coinsurance for treatment services and we will discuss these with you at your first appointment. Want to know your benefits ahead of time? We would be happy to check on those for you prior to your appointment and explain them to you over the phone.

Our Knoxville, TN physical therapy clinics in Hardin Valley and Knoxville also offer a private pay plan for those patients who do not have health insurance or who have maxed out their benefits. Our self-pay rate is $125 per individual visit, but can be discounted down to $100 per visit based on how many visits are purchased.
